We had quite the winter storm(s) this past week. Yesterday was the first day in a week that it wasn't snowing up on Scotch Mountain. After the nor'easter storm, we had enough snow lingering around probably totaling close to 80 cm in a couple of days, requiring one plow session and almost requiring another the day after. It seems that where everyone else is getting rain, we get snow as we sit at about 800m above sea-level. Nevertheless, it has been making for some great snowshoeing, snowman making and general outdoor winter fun.
The girls have been doing great lately. They're so cute playing together and now want their stories read to both of them at the same time. Most nights, Sheena gives them their snack and milk and they sit in a chair listening to the books being read to them. It makes for a cute sight.
